<>ACT I<>

Burial Grounds is a normal level (Bigger, with unique monsters, decorations and containers)
Forgotten Tower (Tower Cellar) has barrels now. 
Monastery Gate is bigger, so there is a bigger chance to see monsters unique to this area, it also has unused structures.
Cathedral has the unused shrine.

<>ACT II<>

Valley of Snakes is a proper level now! It rains there and it has the same monsters as the temple beneath it.
On Normal - Canyon of The Magi has 1 unique monster.

<>ACT III<>

Kurast Causeway is a bit longer and has the Hierophant removed, makes it more common to meet the unique monsters of this area.
Unique and normal Giant Mosquito have colors (They use the unused colors of them added in the expansion).
Fetish Blowdart have colors.
High Council is in the proper colors.
Wyand Voidfinger has his color number changed to 37, as there is no color palette 38, so he had the default.

<>ACT IV<>

The Tormentor has it's color number changed to 6 (unused Willowisp color) because it had it set to 9, but willowisps don't use randtransform colors, so it had default.
Diablo can now laugh in his three unused laughs.

<>ACT V<>

Pain Worm that was not appearing before, is now found in Halls of Torture from Corrupting Menace and Minions, and Agony Worm is found in Cold Den.
3 first Exploding Minions are using the correct headpiece LIT (They had HVY - it's used by the last 2 variants of Baal Minion's) like the corresponding minions.
Color of Berserker Slayer is changed with Consumed Ice Boar so they look like the Minion's they are changed from.
On Normal - Bloody Foothills have 1-2 unique monsters.
On Normal - Halls of Anguish, Halls of Pain have 1-2 unique monsters.
On Normal - Halls of Vaught have 1-2 unique monsters.
On Normal - Worldstone Keep LVL 1-3 have 1-2 unique monsters and Throne of Destruction has 1.
Guest Fallen Shamans have the proper descriptions, not "Raises Warped Fallen" on everything. The same for Guest Fetish Shamans.
Guest Guardian (unraveler6) has raises Undead description removed, as they can't resurrect anything in Halls of Pain.
Guest Moon Clan (goatman6) has Drains Mana description.
Guest Blood Hawk (foulcrow6) has Steals Life description.
Guest Black Raptor (foulcrow7) has Drains Mana description.
Guest Monsters based on Act V monsters, have Guest description, so it can be seen what is a Guest and what's not.
Unravellers from Achmel are named Soulless now, and have a reddish color.
Council Members from Bartuc are named Depraved Councilors now, and have an dark-green color.
Venom Lords from Ventar are named Taint Lord now, and have an golden color.
Variants of Abominables have different colors and Unique Abominables are randomly colored.
Variants of Frozen Horrors have different colors and Unique Frozen Horrors are randomly colored.
Variants of Siege Beasts have different colors and Unique Siege Beasts are randomly colored.
Variants of Reanimated Horde have different colors and Unique Reanimated Horde are randomly colored.
Unique Putrid Defilers are randomly colored.
Festering Appendages are colored like Baal, depending on difficulty level.
Hell's Belle has her color number changed to 37, as there is no color palette number 38, so she had the default one.
Thresh Socket is in the proper color.
Frozenstein is in the proper color.
Pindleskin is in the proper color.
Bonesaw Breaker is in the proper color.
Snapchip Shatter is in the proper color.
Lister The Tormentor is in the proper color.
Uber Duriel doesn't say "Looking for Baal?" Which makes no sense for him. Now he says "I am your doom"

Monster type Goatman uses it's unused Idle sounds.
Unique/Champion Flying Scimitars are now colored. (Rare to see)
All characters have the kick skill.
Barbarian can throw from the second hand.
Rings can appear in the 6 unused graphic.
Amulets can appear in the 4 unused graphic.
